How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select colour and size, click "Add to cart" and complete checkout. You can also order on WhatsApp at 0303 6371640.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan — you pay when your order arrives.

Will you confirm my order?
Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before it is dispatched.

Delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs.300. Orders of Rs.3,000 and above get free delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days after confirmation.

Do you deliver to my city?
We deliver to all cities in Pakistan.

Sizing

How do I find my bra size?
Please check our Size Guide. Our bras follow Asian sizing, so if you are between two sizes, choose the bigger band size.

Still not sure about my size?
Send us your underbust and bust measurements on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right size.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery for wrong size, defective or wrong items. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags. See our Return & Exchange Policy.

Do you give refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items are exchanged.
